PayPal Asia Pacific has launched a co-branded prepaid card in Malaysia with MOL Access Portal Berhad (MOL), a leading payment systems provider in Asia. The "MOL PayPal - The Digital Card" is PayPal's first co-branded prepaid card in the region and allows users to purchase from PayPal merchants worldwide even if they don't have a credit card.
