PayPal opened its service to customers in South Africa, who can sell to PayPal's global customer base and move proceeds to their First National Bank (FNB) accounts. FNB will convert the currency to South African Rand when the money is transferred into their accounts. The PayPal service will be offered in partnership with FNB and has received approval from the Exchange Control Department of the South African Reserve Bank. For more information, visit http://www.fnb.co.za or https://www.paypal.co.za.
