eBay hosted an online question-and-answer session on its discussion boards on Monday morning (link) to address questions about the new Top Rated Seller program, and will open the discussion up again on Tuesday at 1:00 pm, Pacific Time to talk about changes to search. There are reports that the discussion on the private eBay board for its PowerSellers is getting quite heated. eBay's fall release changes have been controversial in the first week of launch, with concerns centering on exposure in search. |
