eBay told developers it has updated its services to including two new USPS services for a small, flat-rate box , and new UK and DE shipping services. The USPS introduced the new $4.95 flat-rate box in January. Reminder: eBay had told sellers they would be required to be in compliance with its new returns policy by mid-March. There hasn't been a reminder since January, however. The policy states that, beginning in mid-March, all listings are required to include handling time and a specified return policy. |
