From the Editor

In today's issue, we have something to please everyone! I'm especially excited to have Greg Holden's interview with antiques expert and author Terry Kovel who discusses a range of issues, including how eBay has impacted the collectibles field.
Greg did double duty this week, also bringing us a review of ZenCart as part of his summer series on ecommerce shopping carts. I've been interested to see a number of readers who submitted their sites for inclusion in the EveryPlaceISell.com Merchant Profile use ZenCart to power their websites, so this is a good time to take a look at this tool for small retailers.
And speaking of EPIS Merchant Profiles, you'll enjoy today's profile of Natalie Suter who turned from hobbyist jewelry crafter to "mompreneur" drawing on her many skills - artisan, writer, and fashion trendspotter. She wisely focused on her core skills and turned over the creation of her website to an expert, proving you don't have to do everything yourself!
Greg and I were in Chicago at the Internet Retailer conference earlier this month where we spoke to lots of vendors and merchants, and today's issue includes my wrap-up article with some highlights. At the bottom of the article I link to our coverage of the conference (articles and blog posts, videos and podcasts), including my take on Stephanie Tilenius' keynote address with video highlights.
If you missed the latest PayPal news,...comments are still coming in on this AuctionBytes Blog post about PayPal raising Merchant Fees for refunds and chargebacks.
