Seller's Choice Marketplace Ratings: Atomic Mall

In January 2010, AuctionBytes surveyed over 1,400 online sellers and asked them to rate the marketplaces on which they had experience selling. An introduction to the survey along with a summary of the overall ratings can be found

Atomic Mall scored some high marks, rating second in Communication and third place in Customer Service and Ease of Use. Launched in 2008, Atomic Mall has a loyal following, but received an average rating in Profitability. Comments reflected the high rating in Customer Service, with many sellers indicating that management's quick responses to issues made a big impression on them, and they seemed willing to wait for more traffic and sales to come to the relatively young site. Atomic Mall came in sixth out of fifteen as a recommended selling venue.

I have been selling with Atomic Mall for over a year. The free listings are a very good price, and the webmaster keeps the site updated and works hard to get the seller the best exposure available. I like the many payment options, too.
The owner cares about the sellers, and is constantly improving the site. Support is the best.
Atomic Mall is easy to use, and the few times I've contacted cust.svc. the experience was EXCELLENT! I can't say enough good about Atomic Mall.
Atomic Mall answers all question promptly and courtesly. Highly recommend this particular as pect of their service.
Very friendly site & owners quick to respond to questions or problems! Would like to have more sales from this site though! Feel it does not get enough traffic at present & hope things improve in future!
Very successful venue for me, however the owner does not update the front page ( Top Seller, Top Feedback, Quotes from Sellers} often enough. He tends to have "favorites"
Atomic Mall is great as far as customer service. I haven't had stellar sales there, but I do see them growing in the future. They need to have better Google exposure and given time I believe that will happen. They just need more buyers.
They force you to upload pictures, using photobucket, which is a pain, you have to type in a URL everytime to load picture, can't send pictures from my computer.
probably my fault for not listing a gazillian things but I was testing it.. sold a small bit, but good site just no one heard about it, and I didn't market it.
missing functionality. especially no full import from Ebay (including all images and html)
I have sold very few items on Atomic mall, I am doing better else where, plus they don't have a postge calculator so I will have to change 400 + listings when rates change
When listing an item on Atomic mall, for any extra features, they have their price off to the far right. A seller may not realize this until after they have already clicked on the button for the listing to go through. Some of their important information should be made in a more visible location. There is not a very good "how to" get started on Atomic Mall
Too cluttered. Very "heavy" site and on a dial up it is hard to manuver.
