eBay Runs Invitation Only Promotion for Sellers
By Ina Steiner
eBay is running a seller promotion this week, but only those who receive an invitation can participate. Invited sellers can list up to 40,000 fixed-price listings between July 8 - 12, 2013, and pay no listing fees, and 3, 5, 7, 10 and 30-day listing durations are included.
The promotion is in addition to the free insertion fee promotion for up to 50 auction-style or fixed price listings per calendar month, "or any other insertion fees that you receive as part of a Store subscription" eBay explained.
Sellers invited to participate will have received an email, and/or a message in My eBay. The promotion is activated with the seller's qualifying eBay User ID and is not transferable. Invited sellers will automatically receive the promotional rate when they list through the Sell Your Item Form, eBay Seller Tools, eBay mobile applications and most third-party tools.
Only sellers whose accounts meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards are eligible. All existing selling limits as well as category and item limits apply and may exclude sellers from creating the maximum number of listings in the promotion.
All other fees apply, see eBay website for details and restrictions.
