Amazon told its UK affiliates, "To get you prepared for the holiday season we have put together a preview of the products that our retail teams are predicting as best sellers for Christmas." Among the marketplace picks for clothing winners are Tommy Hilfiger Sophie Skinny Antique YASC Skinny Women's Jeans; Hatley Girls Snowball PJs; and Bjorn Borg 3 to Go Boxers. Hard drives, graphics tablets and computer accessories such as mice and speakers were on the list in the consumer electronics category. Among the top toy predictions were the Innotab 2; Furby; Cherry the Cat; Momopoly Mililonaire; Barbie Photo Fashion Cam; My Little Pony Royal Wedding Castle Playset; and LEGO Lord of the Rings: Mines of Moria, among others. There were plenty of other categories on the list, including appliances (a low fat electric fryer, for instance); video games; sport and outdoor; TV; musical instruments (including a Yamaha P95B Digital Portable Piano); automotive; DVD/Bluray; and let's not forget Fido - the pet category included de-shedding tools and even a "Wisdom Panel Insights Mixed Breed DNA Test Kit" - who knew? |
