Amazon sellers report that listings for Collectible Books are missing images supplied by sellers. An EcommerceBytes reader explained that sellers can add a main offer image and up to four other additional images to listings for Collectible Books that are displayed to buyers on the Offer Listing Page. "This is an excellent feature when selling a collectible book, as it is possible to convey far more details of book and dust jacket condition in images than in words," she said. The images also allow collectors to compare each seller's books.

It appears the Offer-Specific images for Collectible Books have been missing since Friday.

"It may not sound like much of an issue," the seller said, "but it is huge for those of us who have taken the time and trouble to upload our images to the site."

Amazon has not yet answered a post on the Amazon Seller Discussion Forums. Note that Collectible Books is a restricted category on Amazon.
