eBay UK announced that this year, one of its Top Rated Sellers reached a million feedback ratings for the first time. In April, eBay seller Universal Gadgets, owned by Ken Emechebe, reached 1 million feedback on eBay.co.uk.

eBay UK awarded Emechebe and his team a commemorative plaque, which was unveiled at eBay's offices in London by Clare Gilmartin Vice President of UK and ROE marketplace. eBay will display a second plaque in its London office.

Universal Gadgets is a London-based business that has been selling on eBay since 2008 in the Consumer Electronics and Accessories categories and employs 13 people. Emechebe said he expects to increase his company's online profile and is considering markets abroad in which he can expand his business.

Emechebe told eBay that to keep his high standard of customer service, his team makes use of the eBay Questions and Answers tool to filter and address incoming buyer queries. He also has a full customer service team in place dedicated to answering further questions. He said he spends a lot of time on research "for the best quality products and the best prices that helps us to stand out from the crowd."

eForCity became the first eBay seller in the U.S. to receive 2 million feedback ratings last year - it currently has 2.675 million feedback.
