Google's ecommerce channel currently features two instructional videos on how to set up shipping information and sales tax calculations for Google Checkout, and Google has plans to add videos that address frequently asked buyer and merchant questions, including one on how to handle customer chargebacks. For those unfamiliar with YouTube channels, they allow anyone to set up a branded page where they can upload videos, and they allow visitors to "subscribe" to channels. Google acquired YouTube in 2006. Google is increasingly focusing on ecommerce, recently snagging a top eBay executive to head its ecommerce initiatives. |
