eBay and PayPal Developers Conference Scheduled for June
By Ina Steiner
eBay will hold its conference for eBay and PayPal developers in San Jose on June 16-18, 2009, at eBay's North campus. Developers interested in leading a session can apply. eBay said in its Call for Papers it was looking for "interesting subjects and points of view that address real world challenges and advancements in e-commerce, from both business and technical perspectives. Share experiences you encountered in learning or building applications on the eBay or PayPal API platforms. Speak on topics of interest to developers who are involved in all the elements of e-commerce, including shipping, security, storage, checkout or marketing your solution to your customers." Selected speakers will get complimentary access to the conference, plus one night hotel stay. Applications must be received by February 27, 2009.
