eBay Canada announced on Thursday that the previously announced dashboard would be delayed a week (http://www2.ebay.com/aw/ca/200803271850002.html). eBay UK also told sellers the dashboard would be delayed until this week, and clarified that it would only be available to registered business sellers (http://www2.ebay.com/aw/uk/200803281419102.html).
