eBay Countdown displays the time remaining and current bid on auctions shoppers are bidding on or watching. The tool lets shoppers set up alerts to remind them when an auction is ending. If they choose to place a bid, they can do so with one click. The tool also has a feature built-in to let users find last-minute deals - items ending soon with no bids. eBay is hosting an online workshop on eBay Countdown on November 15th. |

eBay Countdown is a new tool that lets bidders track eBay auction listings. The tool is a like a widget, but no download is necessary. Users must go to the eBay Countdown web page and sign in with their eBay user name and password each time they want to access the tool.
