Reuters is reporting that eBay has slashed seller fees in Germany in order to raise listings and the volume of goods sold. Germany and the US are eBay's top markets.

eBay has been working on changes to its site to improve the buyer experience, including a redesigned homepage and testing of new search technology, which it calls "finding." Reuters said eBay "launched a revamp of its auction Web site in Germany on Tuesday."
