BuySafe has appointed Mary Dridi to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Dridi will be responsible for overseeing the finance and administration functions of the company. BuySafe is company that bonds eBay sellers and online merchants to guarantee transactions.

Prior to joining BuySafe, Dridi served as CFO, executive vice president, and treasurer of webMethods, a leading provider of business integration and optimization software. In June of 2002, Dridi was named CFO of the Year by the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), the Maryland Tech Council and the DC Tech Council. She has served on Virginia Governor Mark Warner's Advisory Council on Revenue Estimates, the Advisory Board for the George Mason University School of Management, and is active in local charities and organizations. Dridi holds a B.A. in Commerce and Accounting from the University of Virginia's McIntyre School of Commerce.
