Belgian Auction Services (BAS) has opened an eBay drop-off store in Belgium called DropSpot. BAS was founded by Rauno Van de Pol. Prior to launching DropSpot, Rauno was a Private Banker at MeesPierson, Belgium. Next to acquisition, his responsibilities also included customer service ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

DropSpot has established its first processing center and hub in Turnhout with satellites in the short distance to Turnhout. Additonal hubs are planned in Herentals, Mol, Geel and, in a later stage, Hoogstraten.
