eBay's Vice President of Rules, Trust & Safety will host a live chat on Thursday at 7pm EST. Rob Chestnut, a former federal prosecutor, will field questions concerning Trust & Safety and eBay policies. He will also address what steps eBay is taking to combat online fraud.

Chestnut is responsible for changes to eBay's site rules and policies including areas like non-paying bidders, feedback, fraud detection and prevention. His department also deals with programs like escrow and user verification that promote safer trading and cooperating with law enforcement and regulatory agencies to encourage lawful activity on the site and prosecution of wrongdoers. http://pages.ebay.com/event/robc/index.html
