MSNBC reports that an eBay auctioneer calling himself "Skunkker" struck again during the long Memorial Day weekend. "There is some information linking this fraudster to a con artist named Jay Nelson, who has periodically bilked auction users out of thousands in fake auctions since he first surfaced last year.
