Online Auction Users Now Published Weekly; New Forums Introduced

its twice-monthly newsletter for online auction buyers and sellers is expanding to a weekly format. The newsletter, which is free and is emailed to readers who sign up at the AuctionBytes Web site, contains
information on buying and selling on auction sites, including eBay, and on fixed price storefronts. AuctionBytes also introduced a new format for its visitors who want to interact with other auction users
through interactive chat forums.

AuctionBytes.com released a study of "consumer collectibles" that compared Average Selling Price in May 2001 with those of a year ago. The study confirmed that there were a greater number items
listed in 2001, with an Average Selling Price ranging from 9.5% to 33.7% lower than at the same time in the previous year. The report was featured on a page 1 Wall Street Journal article in June.
