eBay's unreliable/broken tracking system is causing buyers to lash out at sellers. 

As with every feature that eBay adds in their standard halfassed manner, the order tracking system is completely broken. Even once items have been delivered and fully traceable, most are still showing "Tracking # provided" or the "Item scanned".

Not sure why eBay would deploy yet another broken feature. As always, they have an embarrassing quality control issue.

eBay charged an extra $10,000 on my monthly invoice dated 12/31/18. Past 12 months all $400-500. No new listings or subscriptions or high sales. Reported to eBay. They say they cannot fix yet but "don't worry about the extra $10K in fees" and suggest someone hacked my account (to put cash in eBay's pocket? not likely). They say will have to wait and dispute erroneous charges before they attempt to take $10K from me on Jan 15. No help so far, no admission of any IT issues, plenty of excuses.

Ebay Seller Hub and Mobile app giving conflicting information. For example a had sale for three items that the buyer requested canceled. It was last night at 8 PM. He stated he got his refund. The hub now shows them unpaid.  The mobile app shows then ready and ship now.

If you have a store, check your subscriptions and make sure you're being billed the annual fee instead of the monthly fee. I'm seeing complaints on Facebook groups that Ebay had changed stores to monthly subscriptions on January 1st, and that we need to manually change it back to yearly. I checked and my store subscription was also changed without my consent. Another unethical money-grab by greedbay!

Can't search been over 2 wks. Reported. Fussy Captcha / reCaptcha blocked me. Can't register either. Bonanza has many problems. Support doesn't seem to be doing much about it. No wonder there is no buyers when a person can't search. Very frustrating for sellers when you go to all the work to set up a booth and then things don't work and people can't search. A very frustrated seller who has been there for 10 years!
