Log in kept timing out. Too many re-logins have now locked me out.

Glad this is not just me. Been having this problem for the last 24 hours. The login rejects my Security Key number and when I try to enter other credentials (security questions), it just gives me a failure and kicks me back to the first login screen. Has anyone had success with changing their password?

PayPal is having issues with security key - called PayPal, they deactivated my security key so I could log in - will contact me when the issue is resolved & I can then activate my security key again.

Same issue continues and is related to security key users. Work around is to call customer support (888) 221-1161 and ask for "Agent" and have them deactivate the key. You then log in with password only. Agent did not know when issue would be resolved or if they would email that the problem was fixed. He suggested reactivating key in 3 days. You will need to log in, then click on Profile then click on Security Key.
