Unable to login to account. Must be huge problem as they can't even take phone calls or do chat! Phone recording says they are doing a system upgrade and to call back in 1 hour.

Huge Glitch on EBay markdown manager..  I have changed hundreds of my EBAY Fixed price ads over to Variations so buyers can select their own colors 
during the month of July 2015. 
ON July 19th, 2015 my current sale ended, which was 16% off and I started another  sale for the week at 14% off..  I noticed later in the week that my ORIGINAL
starting prices were no longer the same, 
on over 100 ads..I started revising all of these ads back to the ORIGINAL starting prices to get the sale off. It had actually taken 30% off of my starting prices..
on over 100 ads.  There were too many to try and get done, So I put my store on vacation. So Friday July 24th I called EBAY support, and informed them of this mess,
that my ad prices were drastically lowered..  They said they would get on this expedited .Meanwhile I had to leave my store on vacation until the sale went off.
So that my items could not be purchased. I have over 1200 items on my store.  I got all the items revised back to the higher ORIGINAL starting prices
on the evening of July 27th,2015.. Meanwhile no one from EBAY ever contacted me to fix this problem.  and all the time my store had to remain on vacation 
and I was losing money by being closed..  I used the Mark down manager again the evening of July 27/2015,  The same thing happened, 
It lowered the ORIGINAL starting price again alot,, so then my 13% off,  made it drastically lowered again.  I had to once again put my store on vacation, 
to keep buyers from buying at these very low prices.  I looked at the revisions on these ads, and it showed the Sale Start times starting 2 different times, 
1 after the other..  I called EBAY support again, and told them that I had called Friday and no one has fixed this problem,,and my store had to be shut down again.. 
Support could also see the problem,  My ORIGINAL starting price was no longer what it said it was,, My Original starting price was discounted, and then discounted again
.as the price available to buy. .double discounted . I asked the support guy, if he could just stop the sale, He said it was not their policy to stop the sales. 
I asked him, How am I supposed to be able to sell anything? I cannot afford to sell at these double discounted prices...I have been shut down since Friday trying to fix this
EBAY mess, This is an Ebay website glitch. I have not made any money, because I had to shut my store down Friday and fix over 100 ads which took me 4 days to fix. 
I said I have been very inconveinenced by this and all the work I have had to do and I have to spend the next 4 days fixing all of these prices again! 
The support tech told me to end the listings with the problems and relist new ads.  I said why do I have to pay for new ads and all of this trouble for an EBAY website error.? 
I should never have to pay again for these ads.  3 different times support told me because of all the inconveinence and loss of income that I have had, that he would credit 
my current (at that time) EBAY fees of $123. and credit back to my account, as a credit within 24 hours.  NOTHING was credited, after I ended all of those problem listings. 
I am having to pay again to relist all of these ads that I just paid for this month and all the time wasted again for this EBAY website mess.  I am not happy at all , 
I have lost money for 5 days now, and it is costing me again to pay for all of these ads again.  Plus my time to post over 100 revised ads again,    I am probably not
the only website that this is happening to.. All of these problem ads were posted in July,  My other ads have been up since 2009 and were not affected, and it did not affect,
ALL of the newly posted ads, but it did affect over 100 newly posted ads..OVER all the categories..  I was told I would receive an email from EBAY when the site is fixed..
Nothing yet.. It is not safe to use the EBAY website when IT changes your ORIGINAL starting Prices to a a drastically lower price then discounts it again. 
Sellers may not know this is happening to their accounts, it you don't watch your prices you will be giving away your items to the buyers,
PLUS on top of this I have FREE Shipping, and these are on average $75-$90 items.  Ebay has done nothing, nor have they reimbursed me for this mess. 
They cost me money,  The PUBLIC needs to know...

Items being listed or relisted in COLLECTIBLES category  are NOT registering AS Collectibles and are being subtracted out of the OTHER "20 Free"  listings per account.  Double checked and the category headings ARE Collectibles;  did not change any thing on the listings themselves.  Other items seem to have listed correctly.

Trying to respond to a buyer opening a case, but I'm constantly receiving a "Page Not Responding" error message from eBay. How can I respond to the case if the means by which to respond is not functioning?

When I get a question and answer through the "items with questions" link in SMP, eBay is showing emails that are already answered about the same item from other buyers. I get a "send and go to next" button and after sending, the old, already answered questions appear one by one. Archiving does not make them go away. It's as if the are on 2 different severs and not linked. I accidentally answered one with the answer to a current question. Like there isn't enough Buyer / Seller tension..

I am experiencing a rapid decline in the One Day Shipping percentage.  I have gone from 95% to just over 90%  Is anyone having this problem?  I sell 20-30 items a day.  Thank you  Bruce Wendt

Last night I had 100% on my seller dashboard. Had one item that was bought & paid for this morning, shipped that this afternoon (long before my stated ship time of one day). Dashboard is at 91.18%! WTH - had to print labels from PP since eBay labels were not able to print this morning. Are these 2 companies so discombobulated that they can't trade info anymore??? Talked to eBay to get this straightened out and they of course say "we have no reports of issues" Check your dashboard be you lose TRS

eBay sending buyers notification to wait to agree to cancel order until a refund is issued even though the duplicate item was not paid for (glitch caused a duplicate item purchase, I cancelled directly from the awaiting payment dropdown for the item).

As I feared would happen when the split finally occurred between eBay and PayPal, when you manually enter tracking numbers into eBay some are not updating with PayPal causing you to have to go into PayPal and manually enter them again. This was a pain in the butt years ago when it was happening and it's a pain in the butt now!!!
