When viewing my SAVED SEARCHES emails I am getting wild prices--$1,999.00 for a PAPERBACK BOOK on local history-commercial PB.  When I went to the auction to see what this was about the CORRECT--or at least a more NORMAL price--of $19.99 is showing.  Alerted lister. Hows THAT for driving AWAY potential customers!  IF I had not been interested in the book I would have quickly clicked right on by.  Anyone ELSE seeing this???

It's been almost 2 weeks since I complained to eBay CSR's. I stopped receiving emails when I sell an item, list an item, Won an auction lot and most all other eBay communications. 4 Calls and still no response or resolve. eBay at it's finest once again. If I don't monitor constantly, I have no clue what's going on. Worse, my Selling Manager page is not accurate and does not refresh sometimes for hours...here to, no response or resolve other than their sorry to hear of my difficulties. Really???

Once again number of watchers is not displayed in auction style listings, in my opinion at least, it thwarts a more frenzied bidding. This issue is not exclusive to us and/or our categories listed in. In response to my last comment on this subject @That Guy said "Congrats on lowering the 'trending price' for your items.". I get it and pissed at myself for not having drawn the same conclusion, JD & Co. you are nothing less than the lowest form of scum.

Omniture traffic reports showing 0 (or close to 0) daily views (with almost 0 monthly sales for 1500 items) now seem to have been revised/corrected/recreated (in the last day or 2) after the fact.The hidden search (& selling) limits (when not set at 0 for many months) seemed to be set to permit an occasional monthly cap of just over 1/2% (.5%) of our listed items to be sold.The consistent 0 (or 1 or 2) daily views have been "edited" to show daily view #s that are about 10% of our 1500 listings.

eBay will not let me cancel my store subscription.  The cancel button simply stutters.  I have a monthly subscription.  I just ended all of our listings and went to cancel and it is a dummy button.

If you are using Sixbit & Endicia be sure to double check your insurance. Starting in September maybe, if you do not choose ENDICIA for insurance within the Sixbit program and wait for Dazzle to open to select it you will NOT be insured. I learned the hard way. I have been shipping for the past 3 months with NO INSURANCE.  It finally came around and bit me on the butt for $675 in one shot. Endicia blames Sixbit and vice versa.

MY MESSAGES are not working.  We are getting message notifications with nothing showing up in the dialog box from the buyer.  We normally get email notifications when a question comes through but they are not working either.  Simply showing up in SMP with Listings with Questions. 

eBay's customer support of course are not seeing any problems with this but would submit an ticket for the problem.  Seems like this has been going on for at least couple days for us.

Listed a number of low price Auction Style to boost our ratings. All had watchers, all had bids but for some reason watchers were not displayed in the listings which means they don't get boost in search. Couldn't find a one of them using Best Match minutes prior to close and all have sold for NOTHING when compared to what we get when listed Fixed Price, abnormal compared to former times we'd done this. A Flippin' Train Wreck or trying to drive us all NUTS is my guess, JD & Co. you are Scum

I am a very small seller on eBay.  My listings are NEVER best offer.  It is always BUY IT NOW with free shipping and NO international shipping.
 
Imagine my amazement over the past month or more to find eBay has been editing my listings prior to relisting.
 
I generally relist all unsold items.  Lately my unsold listings are mysteriously rewritten when I click on RELIST.   
 
I now have to scrutinize every listing prior to relisting.  For some reason, every expired listing now shows up for relisting with a ALLOW BUYERS TO SEND YOU AN OFFER as well as INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  Naturally it has not been changed to free shipping since I always ship free. 
 
When are my expired listings different than originally listed?  Is eBay once again telling me how I should list an item?
 
If I wanted to accept a Best Offer, I would have originally listed it as such.  If I wanted to ship internationally, I would have originally listed it as such.
